the definition:

It is an administrative formation under the title (Qualification and Employment Unit) concerned with communicating with college students and graduates and qualifying them through a number of programs and workshops. It makes this unit contribute to building an advanced society on which all state institutions are based to keep pace with practical developments and update the information provided to the student in order to develop his capabilities that will be employed in the future to serve the country.

Objectives of the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit:

Building a database for graduates to facilitate contact with them after graduation, help them develop their practical capabilities, and help them find appropriate job opportunities.
Communicate with graduates through various means of communication, which enhances the relationship of the graduate student with his university.
Assisting graduates in developing their practical capabilities and overcoming the professional difficulties they face in their professional work in public and private health institutions.
Conducting in-depth studies on the needs of graduate students, their work environment, and the extent to which their curricula are aligned with the work environment and the opinion of their employer.
Preparing and implementing training programs and workshops for students and college graduates in line with the labor market in all institutions
