A master's thesis at the Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Basra discussed the representations of political tyranny in contemporary painting (Panorama implementation as a model)
The thesis presented by the researcher Hassan Faleh Salem included the topic of tyranny, which is one of the coercive practices practiced by man against his brother man, and because tyranny has types determined by the concepts that relate to it, such as societal tyranny, psychological tyranny and national tyranny, all of which are tyrannies that fall under the concept of political tyranny.
The message aims to shed light on an aspect of contemporary painting by depicting the manifestations of political tyranny and characterizing the expressive content in a creative aesthetic way.
The letter concluded that the world painter portrayed political tyranny as an outcast phenomenon on the human level with cynicism and contempt that contradicts human values.
