<p>The College of Fine Art was established in Basrah at the beginning of the academic year 1992/1993 .The College includes the following scientific sections: 1-Department of Theatrical Arts 1992-1993. 2-Department of Arts Composition 1993-1994. 3-Department of Musical Arts 2001-2002. 4-Department of Audio&Visual Arts 2012-2013 . 5-Department of Arts education 2013-2014. These departments were established in different periods of time as well as the disciplines involved under each department and the development of postgraduate studies in the college where the opening of the master's and doctoral studies in the department of theatrical arts and the opening of the master's study in the department of plastic arts.</p>
